Not only this, the two MLAs claim that BJP offered them party tickets for family members to contest the 2017 Uttarakhand Assembly elections and Rajya Sabha seats too, according to a report in TOI.

These two Congress MLAs are Rajendra Bhandari and Jeet Ram.

Noteworthy, Rajendra Bhandari and Jeet Ram are not among the nine Congress MLAs disqualified by Uttarakhand Assembly speaker for rebelling against the party.

They claim that  BJP made them 'all sorts of lucrative offers'.

Earlier, on Wednesday, the Supreme Court extended its stay on the quashing of the Central rule and said that President's Rule will continue in Uttarakhand  and the April 29 floor test in the Assembly ordered by the High Court will not take place.
