Kolkata: Kolkata girl Sampriti Bhattacharya has invented an underwater drone that can map ocean floors and explore the deep sea.

The 28-year-old's invention — the Hydroswarm — has been patented.

Sampriti Bhattacharya is a PhD scholar from MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology).
