Reacting to the announcement made by the UP govt to raise the ex-gratia given to the Dadri lynching victim's family to Rs 20 lakh, Sakshi told ANI that is the state government sensitive towards all the murders happening in UP.

“This is done on the basis of appeasement. When a Muslim dies they will give 20 lakhs and when a Hindu dies he won't even get 20,000,” Sakshi was quoted as saying by ANI.

"The CM has decided to hike the amount of financial assistance being extended to the kin of the victim from Rs 10 lakh to Rs 20 lakh," an official spokesman of UP CM Akhilesh Yadav was quoted as saying by PTI.

Taking a dig at RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav over his comment 'Hindus also eat beef', Sakshi called the former Bihar chief minister crazy.

“Lalu has gone made,” said he.

Further, launching a scathing attack on Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi, he said that Dadri incident was given communal colour.

“Congress' Pappu went to Dadri. He, who doesn't even know the ABCD of politics and was in America till now, has gone to Dadri,” said he.
