WhatsApp update - Document sharing feature!

WhatsApp introduces a new document sharing feature where users will be ble to share PDF files with each other.

New Delhi: In a latest, mobile messaging app WhatsApp has added a new feature to the update version of the android app – document sharing in chats.

WhatsApp introduces a new document sharing feature where users will be able to share PDF files with each other. But for now, the only type of document you can add/share is a PDF, which means the feature does not support other file formats such as doc, docx, etc.

How it works

To share files, users need to tap the attachment icon on the top right of the screen, hit the 'Document' option and select from the list of PDFs on your phone.

And to use the feature, both the sender and receiver must be on the same version of WhatsApp.

Let's hope that WhatsApp will also unveil new update to the feature allowing to support other file formats as well!
