Islamabad: Several extremist and hardline religious groups on Thursday warned they would block NATO supply routes to Afghanistan if the Pakistan government does not take action against the makers of the anti-Islam film in three days.

The groups made the threat during a conference held in the Pakistani capital to discuss the film.
Addressing the meet, Lashkar-e-Toiba founder Hafiz Muhammad Saeed demanded that US President Barack Obama should ban the film. Jamaat-e-Islami chief Munawar Hassan said the US should frame laws to prevent the recurrence of such incidents.
