Five students arrested with stolen car, arms in Muzaffarnagar

Muzaffarnagar: In a shocking development, five students were arrested in Muzaffarnagar with a stolen car and firearms.

The car with the five college-going students was intercepted by Sub-inspector Rakesh Sharma in New Mandi police station area of the city on Friday.

They were later identified as Gurucharan, Shivam Rathi, Nitin, Akash and Sanjiv. They are said to be have been involved in a firing case previously.

The police have seized a pistol, knife and cartridges found in their possession.
