A day after the Supreme Court rejected a plea against the release of juvenile offender in the December 16 gang-rape case, the Rajya Sabha on Tuesday will debate to pass the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Bill, 2014, which seeks stringent punishment for children aged between 16-18 involved in heinous crimes.
