Live: Rhea Chakraborty under CBI scanner, probe continues

The CBI is investigating the mysterious death case of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput and the probe is in full swing to dig out facts related to the case. After drug conspiracy came to the fore, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has registered a criminal case against actress Rhea Chakraborty.

  According to IANS report, ED officials have summoned Goa-based hotelier Gaurav Arya in an investigation related to a money laundering case linked to deceased actor Sushant Singh Rajput's girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty. Arya has been told to appear before the enforcement agency's investigation officer on August 31.

  The grilling session with CBI is still underway.  According to sources, the CBI began its probe on 11.20 am at the DRDO guest house in Mumbai. CBI SP and DSP Anil Yadav gave Rhea a chance to present her side of the story and narrate everything related to her relationship with Sushant.

  Interrogation begins by CBI team led by Nupur Prasad. The CBI will also question Rhea about drug conspiracy and also why no family member was a part of the company in which she along with her brother was part of. She will be asked about whether she was dependent on SSR's money for her personal expenses and benefits.
