Supreme Court directs Dilip Kumar to pay Rs 20 crore in realty case
Reportedly, the company has been directed to withdraw all its security personnel from the property. The land needs to be given back to Kumar within the seven days after Kumar deposits the money in the court.
New Delhi: Bollywood veteran Dilip Kumar on Wednesday breathed a major sigh of relief as the Supreme Court ruling regarding an old realty case came in his favour. It is being said that the 94-year-old actor now has to pay Rs 20 crore to Prajita Developers Pvt Ltd so that the possession of his 2,412 square yards property in Bandra can be restored.
According to TOI.com, the 'Mughal-e-Azam' star back in 2006 joined forces with a real estate firm to develop the property. Sadly, the work never started.
