MG Windsor EV: With the launch of the Windsor EV, an electric CUV, JSW MG Motor has disrupted the Indian electric car market. I had the chance to test the vehicle in the real world. Here are the pros and cons of MG Windsor EV, based on my learnings after driving it for a day, including highways and city roads.

1. Headlights are positioned in a way that makes them vulnerable to damage.

2. The 250-km real-world range feels low for 2024. A bigger 50 kWh battery option would have been better.

3. Too reliant on the touchscreen, even for basic controls like ORVM adjustment.

4. Air conditioning takes time to cool the big cabin because of the large glass areas and roof.
