2021 Volkswagen Taigun India launch today: Check expected price, features and specs

Coming to its specs, the 2021 Volkswagen Taigun is built on the MQB A0 IN platform. The SUV sports attractive parts such as LED projector headlamps, LED taillights and LED DRLs. The four-wheeler SUV comes with 17-inch dual-tone alloy wheels.

Taigun’s cabin leaves everyone impressed with its minimalistic setting, making the car attractive from the inside. The dashboard gets a 10.1-inch infotainment touchscreen that adds to the premium feel of the car.

Some of the top features of the 2021 Volkswagen Taigun include automatic climate control, wireless charging, connected car features and electronic sunroof, among others. 

As far as the performance is considered, the Volkswagen Taigun SUV will be powered b the 1.0-litre TSI turbocharged petrol engine capable of generating maximum power of 113 bhp and 175 Nm peak torque. 

 

A few variants will be powered by the 1.5-litre TSI turbocharged petrol engine capable of churning out 148 bhp of peak power and 250 Nm of maximum torque. 

Volkswagen Taigun is expected to launch at a starting ex-showroom price tag of Rs 10.5 lakh.
