Anand Mahindra to gift a special edition Mahindra XUV700 to Olympic gold medalist Neeraj Chopra: A sneak peek of the car

Pratap Bose, Chief Design Officer, Mahindra and Mahindra, said that company hasn’t revealed exact details of the upcoming car but it has come up with a lot of unique ideas for the customised SUV that is said to launch on August 14.

The XUV700 is said to come with all new designs which includes LED headlamps with C-shaped LED DRLs, arrow-shaped LED tail lights. In terms of features, it is expected to have a contemporary interior layout with a TFT display for the instrument cluster, a wide touchscreen, multi-function steering wheel, silver trim across the dashboard, and silver surrounds for aircon vents and controls.

The XUV700 is supposed to have an Amazon Alexa compatibility, a panoramic sunroof, 3D sound system by Sony, four driving modes -- Zip, Zap, Zoom, and Custom -- cabin air filter, push-button start/stop, automatic AC, LED lighting, flush-fitted door handles, and more.

Mahindra XUV700 is supposed to come with two different variants- a 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine and a 2.2-litre diesel power plant.
