Anand Rathi Wealth IPO: Check latest subscription status, GMP

Anand Rathi Wealth’s Rs 660-crore initial share-sale has received offers for 2,55,81,204 shares against 84,75,000 shares on offer, according to the National Stock Exchange data.

- Retail individual investors quota received 4.77 times subscription. 

- Category meant for non-institutional investors got 3.06 times subscription. 

- Portion for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) received a 17 per cent subscription.

Anand Rathi Wealth IPO of up to 1,20,00,000 equity shares comes in a price range of Rs 530-550 per share. The shares of the company will be listed on BSE and NSE. Equirus Capital, BNP Paribas, IIFL Securities and Anand Rathi Advisors are the managers of the offer.

Anand Rathi Wealth is a firm working in the financial services industry with a focus on mutual fund distribution and the sale of financial products.

The current GMP of Anand Rathi Wealth IPO shares is Rs 125. The share’s GMP stood at Rs 125 on day one of subscriptions as well. However, that could change in the coming days to the listing.
