Meet The Indian Businessman Who Bought A Lavish Rs 115 Crore Sea-Facing Apartment In Mumbai, Neighboring Abhishek Bachchan And Shahid Kapoor

Mumbai has now overtaken Beijing to become the billionaire capital of Asia. This vibrant city has become a top destination for those with immense wealth, including business magnates, industrialists, stock brokers, celebrities, and film producers.  

Ashley Nagpal has been the Technical Director at Ebco Private Limited since June 1986. According to his LinkedIn profile, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University, completing his studies between 1982 and 1986. Before that, he finished his 12th grade at St. Xavier's College in 1981 and his schooling at St. Paul's School in Darjeeling in 1979.

Ashley Nagpal, promoter of the furniture company EBCO, along with his wife Bianca Nagpal, has acquired a lavish 7,139-square-foot apartment in Mumbai's Worli area. The couple paid approximately Rs 1.62 lakh per square foot for their new residence. According to documents obtained by Zapkey, the luxurious apartment is situated on the 60th floor of Oberoi Realty's prestigious Three Sixty West project.

The premium residential tower offers 4 BHK and 5 BHK units, along with duplex apartments and luxurious penthouses. Besides the expansive living areas, the property also comes with five dedicated car parking spaces and an additional 164 square feet of extra space.

In May this year, Shahid Kapoor and his wife Mira Kapoor purchased a 5,395 sq ft apartment in the development for approximately Rs 60 crore.
