Satya Nadella

Technology giant Microsoft is named Indian-American top executive Satya Nadella to replace longtime chief Steve Ballmer as the new Chief Executive Officer in 2014. Before joining Microsoft in 1992, Nadella was a member of the technology staff at Sun Microsystems. Nadella earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Mangalore University, a master's degree in computer science from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Chicago. Nadella is the technology giant’s only third chief executive after Steve Ballmer and Bill Gates in its 40-year history.

Sundar Pichai

In 2015 India-born Sundar Pichai was named the new CEO of the technology giant Google. Pichai received a B.Tech from the IIT-Kharagpur, a MS from Stanford University, and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania. Pichai was part of the team that launched the Chrome browser in 2008 and, prior to that, worked on various search products, including Google Toolbar, Desktop Search, Gadgets, and Google Gears and Gadgets. Before joining Google, Pichai worked as an engineer at manufacturer Applied Materials, followed by a stint in management consulting at McKinsey & Company.

Rohit Prasad

Rohit Prasad is currently working as Vice President and Head Scientist of Alexa Artificial Intelligence at Amazon, Prasad appeared on the 15th position on the Recode’s list of 100 people in technology, business and media who mattered in 2017. Prasad joined Raytheon BBN Technologies in July 1999 as a staff scientist. He left the company in 2013 to join Amazon
