Ratan Tata's Rs 10,000 Crore Will: Here's What's In It For Shantanu Naidu, Jimmy Tata, Staff, And Pet Dog Tito; Luxury Cars Set for Auction

Ratan Tata’s legacy includes his serene 2,000-square-foot bungalow in Alibaug and a two-story house on Juhu Tara Road, Mumbai—symbols of his deep connection to both nature and city life.

With over Rs 350 crore in fixed deposits and a 0.83% stake in Tata Sons, Tata’s assets reflect both personal and business wisdom, tied closely to his vision for the Tata Group.

All of Ratan Tata’s prestigious awards will be transferred to the Tata Central Archives, preserving his contributions for future generations.

Shantanu Naidu, Tata’s close assistant and confidant, will inherit a portion of Tata’s estate—a testament to their deep bond and Naidu’s devotion to ‘The Goodfellows’ initiative.

A lifelong animal lover, Tata’s will ensures “unlimited care” for his cherished pets, including his German Shepherd and Tito, even after his passing. The care to be provided by his long-time cook, Rajan Shaw. Rata Tata also allotted shares to his butler, Subbiah. 

Tata’s collection of 20-30 luxury cars may either be auctioned for charity or added to a Tata Group museum, sharing his passion with the public.
