Furthermore, ZTE devices such as the ZTE Grand S Flex, ZTE V956, Grand X Quad V987, and ZTE Grand Memo will no longer support WhatsApp. The Facebook-owned messaging app will no longer be supported on Huawei's Ascend G740, Ascend Mate, Ascend D Quad XL, Ascend D1 Quad XL, Ascend P1 S, and Ascend D2. The list includes Sony's Xperia Miro, Xperia Neo L, and Xperia Arc S, as well as devices from Alcatel, HTC, Lenovo, and others.

Samsung will discontinue support for the Galaxy Trend Lite, Galaxy Trend II, Galaxy SII, Galaxy S3 small, Galaxy Xcover 2, Galaxy Core, and Galaxy Ace 2 in November.
