The couple jetted off to an unknown place on Thursday (April 15).

 

The couple, who first met on the sets of director Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Ram Leela, are said to have developed feelings for each other since then. They collaborated with the director for two more period dramas - Bajirao Mastani and Padmavat.

The actors will again share the screen with each other for Kabir Khan’s directed sports film 83, which is based on  the 1983 cricket world cup win by team india.

The couple got married in a traditional Konkani wedding at the picturesque Lake Como, Italy. 

Deepika Padukone had already made a name for herself in Bollywood when she started dating the then newcomer Ranveer Singh.
