Popular Pan-India actress Keerthy Suresh got married to her longtime boyfriend Antony Thattil in Goa. After solemnising her relationship in a traditional ceremony, Keerthy shared the first official photos from their wedding with the caption reading: '#ForTheLoveOfNyke (heart emoji)'. Daughter of famous film producer G Suresh Kumar, who has launching many Malayalam actors, Keerthy made her debut as a child actress in the early 2000s and returned to films after studying fashion design. She got her first lead role in the 2013 Malayalam film Geethaanjali, for which she won the SIIMA Award for Best Female Debut – Malayalam. She is a recipient of various accolades including one National Film Award, five SIIMA Awards and two Filmfare Awards South. Keerthy was placed in Forbes India's 30 Under 30 list of 2021.

It was a close-knit affair with only family and close friends in attendance. From the industry, Thalapathy Vijay and a few colleagues were spotted at the wedding, reportedly.

Antony Thattil is a Dubai-based businessman who reportedly owns a chain of resorts in Kochi, his hometown. Antony also owns a couple of companies registered in Chennai, Keerthy's hometown, according to HT. According to the Economic Times, he is the owner of Asperos, a Kerala-based venture specializing in Venetian blinds and window solutions. He, however, likes to stay away from the paps and is a private person. The couple has been in a relationship for a long time yet they managed to keep it hush-hush.

During a conversation with SS Music in 2023, she was asked about the qualities she would like to have in her future life partner. Keerthy said, "It should be like give and take; if they are just two good friends who understand each other and if there's good amount of give and take, I think that's more than enough."

The couple tied the knot with her long-time beau Antony Thattil in Goa. The wedding took place according to traditional Tamil rituals. It was attended by family and close friends. The couple also posed with their dog, looking extremely happy while performing the wedding rituals. Both Keerthy and Antony were dressed in traditional attire.

The couple began dating around 2008-09 when Keerthy was in school and Antony was reportedly about to start college. Keerthy recently shared a post on November 27 that read, “15 years and counting. It has always been AntoNY x KEerthy.” It was only then, that fans speculated about their relationship.
