As per a report in ETimes, the wedding of the year has been preponed as Alia's maternal grandfather N Razdan is unwell and wants to see her granddaughter married. 

 

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have a packed schedule. Looks like, after the speculated wedding, Alia will be heading to the US for her Hollywood debut, Heart Of Stone. She will be seen in Brahmastra with Ranbir, Darlings and Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahan. 

Ranbir will begin the shoot of Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Animal with Rashmika Mandanna. He also has Shamshera, Brahmastra and Luv Ranjan's untitled film.

 

According to reports, not much is revealed about the guest list yet but it will be a big fat Bollywood Shaadi for sure. All of his close friends like Arjun Kapoor, Ayan Mukerji, and Aditya Roy Kapur among others will be seen at the wedding.

It has been reported by multiple sites that the couple will be getting married at the RK house in Chembur with a limited guest list. However, uncle Randhir Kapoor has denied any of such claims. The wedding is likely to be in mid-April.

According to reports, it has been learnt that Ranbir is set to host a bachelor's party ahead of his wedding. India Today report states that close friends Arjun Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur and Ayan Mukerji will be invited to the bachelor's bash.
