Russian President Vladimir Putin is likely to visit India next month for a bilateral summit with Prime Minister Narendra Modi that is expected to produce tangible outcomes in further expanding ties in areas of defence, trade and energy. Both sides are holding talks to firm up the visit around the second week of December even as Russia is preparing to make the delivery of the first batch of S-400 missile systems to India within the next one month, sources said.
Rainfall alert: IMD issues orange alert in six districts of Kerala
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an orange alert for six districts of Kerala for today (November 13) and for five districts tomorrow (November 14) indicating heavy rains over the weekend.
