Karnataka Assembly Elections: 5 Gurantees Congress Is Banking On For Victory

Under Shakti, Congress promised free travel for women in public transport buses, if it's voted to power in the State.

Rs 3,000 every month for graduate youth and Rs 1,500 for diploma holders (both in the age group of 18-25) for two years.

10 kg of rice free to every member of a BPL household under Anna Bhagya poll gurantee.

Rs 2,000 monthly assistance will be given to the woman head of every family under Gruha Lakshami gurantee.

200 units of free power to all households (Gruha Jyoti).

In its manifesto for the May 10 elections, Congress reiterated its five poll guarantees: Gruha Jyothi, Gruha Lakshmi, Anna Bhagya, Yuva Nidhi, and Shakti.
