Priyanka Gandhi's Assets, Networth: Who Is Richer - Rahul Gandhi Or Priyanka?

As per Priyanka Gandhi's election affidavit, she declared assets worth over Rs 12 crore, which include her Rs 5.63 crore house in Shimla. Declaring her immovable assets, she said that the assets are worth over Rs 7.74 crore, which includes two inherited half shares of agricultural land in the Mehrauli area of New Delhi and a half share in a farmhouse building located there, all of which together are now worth over Rs 2.10 crore. She stated that she has a self-acquired residential property in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, which is presently worth over Rs 5.63 crore.

According to her election affidavit, Priyanka Gandhi had a total income of over Rs 46.39 lakh in the financial year 2023-2024, from sources like rental income, interest from banks and other investments. Priyanka notified that she has movable assets worth over Rs 4.24 crore, which include deposits of varying amounts in three bank accounts, investments in mutual funds, PPF, a Honda CRV car gifted by her husband Robert Vadra, and over 4,400 grams (gross) of gold worth Rs 1.15 crore. 

In her election affidavit, Priyanka Gandhi also declared that her husband, Robert Vadra, has movable assets worth over Rs 37.9 crore and immovable assets worth over Rs 27.64 crore. 

Priyanka has liabilities of Rs 15.75 lakh. She is also facing income tax reassessment proceedings for the assessment year 2012-13, for which she is required to pay over Rs 15 lakh in taxes. 

Rahul Gandhi, in his election affidavit during the Lok Sabha polls held in June this year, had declared assets of over Rs 20 crore. Rahul Gandhi declared movable assets worth Rs 9,24,59,264, including shares to the tune of Rs 4,33,60,519, mutual funds worth Rs 3,81,33,572, bank balance of Rs 26,25,157, 333.3 grams of gold and jewellery (net gold 168.8 grams) worth Rs 4,20,850 and gold bonds of Rs 15,21,740.

Rahul Gandhi declared immovable assets worth Rs 11,15,02,598 including self-acquired assets of Rs 9,04,89,000 and inherited assets of Rs 2,10,13,598. Rahul declared Rs 55,000 cash in hand and a liability of Rs 49,79,184. His immovable assets include agricultural land at village Sultanpur measuring around 3.778 acres, which is jointly held by him with his sister Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, and commercial apartments (office space) in Signature Towers in Gurugram measuring 5,838 square feet. The two commercial apartments are valued at around Rs 9.05 crore.
