Telangana To Get State-Of-The-Art Secretariat On April 30; Check Stunning Pics
Bharat Rashtra Samithi leader Kavitha Kalvakuntla on Sunday said that the Telangana will have a new state of art structure and the upcoming centre stage of the state’s progress - Dr. BR Ambedkar Telangana Secretariat on April 30. "It is the vision of CM KCR Garu to make progress, development & growth synonymous to the very being of Telangana & our people," said the Telangana MLC.
SPF To Oversee Security
The responsibility of security of the new building has been given to the SPF. Over 600 SPF personnel will be deployed after the inauguration of the secretariat.
CM KCRs Chamber
Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao will participate in the inaugural ceremony on April 30 and will assume his chair in his designated chamber at 1.20 pm on the same day.
300 CCTV Cameras
300 CCTV cameras will be deployed to monitor the movement in and around the secretariat on the inauguration day.
Special Command Control Centre
A special command control centre has also been set up for the grand event.
Seven-Storey Building
The new secretariat complex is a seven-storey building having a built-up area of 7 lakh square feet.
Cost Of Telangana Secretariat
The cost of the new state-of-the-art secretariat named after Dr BR Ambedkar is nearly Rs 650 crore.
Foundation Stone
Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao had laid the foundation stone for the new Secretariat on June 27, 2019.
