BYD Atto 3 electric SUV unveiled in India, does 521 km on full charge: IN PICS

The BYD Atto 3 reaches the Indian market with a claimed range of 521 km and 0-100 kmph timing of 7.3 seconds. With a sharp and youthful design, this electric SUV is larger than the MG ZS EV and Hyundai Kona EV.

The rear fascia of the BYD Atto 3 features no tailpipes at all. After all, it is an all-electric SUV. The design is neat and uses fair amount of contours and creases.

The dashboard of the Atto 3 offers a 12.8-inch touchscreen infotainment unit that can be used in portrait or landscape fashion with the flick of a button. The overall styling on the inside remains quirky.

On the nose, LED DRLs comprise of a light bar, extending to headlamps where the winged whiskers for the DRLs are used, adding some tastefulness to the electric SUV's design.

The Atto 3 gets a smart styling for the rear with a LED light bar that connects the tail lamp. Also, the glow pattern looks interesting.

A set of 18-inch rims with a dual-tone finish are used on the BYD Atto 3. In fact, they are designed to offer a reduced aerodynamic drag.

The BYD Atto 3 uses a funky theme for the interior, and it is prominent on the rear AC vents as well. A distinctive design for the vents with a rather fancy flow control knob can be seen on this electric SUV.
