Meet Mercedes-Benz EQS: Green, Loaded & Luxurious EV With 857 Km Range: IN PICS

The EQS is loaded to the gills, full of innovation, and brisk when tickled hard. Well, it is comfortable to the extent that picking it over an S-Class won't be a tough decission. After all, it is a couple of lakhs cheaper than the 'S'. 

The super-smooth 'One-Bow' design reduces the aerodynamic drag coefficient fo the EQS, bringing it down to a record-breaking 0.20.

The green registration plate reveals zero tailpipe emissions. The EQS gets a claimed range of 857 km on a full charge. The real-world range is over 650 km, and it can do 0-100 kmph in around 4 seconds.

The dashboard houses 56-inch wide display, which is divided into three parts - centre touchscreen infotainment unit, passenger display, and instrument cluster.

The rear seats on the EQS can be folded down completely to make it as practical as a mini-van. The electric sedan's rear bench is electronically operated via buttons mounted on doors or through the tablet kept in the centre armrest.

The sunroof on the EQS is a dual-pane unit, offering an open-roof experience to the rear-seat passengers as well. Moreover, the rear seats get an intelligent AI-based lighting setup.

The 20-inchers on the EQS are designed to be aerodynamically superior, and the rear wheels get steering action too for a shorter turning radius.
