England batter Jonny Bairstow, who was operated on his ankle and leg last September, will be fully fit in a couple of weeks but he has not been allowed to travel to India for IPL as ECB has not given him the NOC required to play the franchise-based tournaments. ECB does not want to take any risk with his fitness ahead of Ashes and World Cup.
