The Indian Premier League auction (IPL 2024) is not far away. The auction is set to take place in Dubai on December 19. Mitchell Starc
The Austalia pace sensation Mitchell Starc has played all his IPL cricket at RCB and it is fitting that the paceman returns to the same franchise after a gap of 8 years. RCB already have Reece Topley as their main left-arm pacers but Starc's quality is such that RCB would love to have him, especially with injury concerns of the England bowler. (Image: ANI)
Kartik Tyagi
This Indian speedster was a star from the Indian Under 19 team not so long. With a Brett Lee run-up, Kartik extracts a lot of pace from the surface. He as 15 wickets from 19 IPL matches in a career that has not seen him play consistently enough. He has played for Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) so far. He is there in the auction pool this year, and RCB must be looking for a domestic pace-bowling young bowler. Kartik could be one. (Image: ANI)
Daniel Sams
Sams is fine T20 player, who has done really well all across leagues in the world. However, his IPL career has not taken off yet. Released by Lucknow Super Giants, Sams is available in auction and RCB would want a valuable bowler like him in the camp who can bat well too. (Image: ANI)
Adil Rashid
Needless to say, one of the worst decisions RCB have ever taken is to release leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal. They now need a fix in this area and getting another quality T20 bowler like Adil Rashid can help the Bengaluru-based franchise strengthen their bowling. (Image: ANI)
Sarfaraz Khan
Sarfaraz Khan started his IPL career at the RCB. He was a big flop for them in the initial years and was released before Delhi Capitals (DC) bought him. Sarfaraz has been released again. His real potential is yet to be tapped in IPL and RCB can play a bet on him again. (Image: ANI)
