On Tuesday morning, the girl had called up police control room alleging that four persons raped and dumped her near MNIT, a prominent technical institute.

In her statement to the police, the woman alleged that as she reached reaching the Jaipur railway station after appearing in an exam in Alwar on Monday at 7.00 pm, she took an auto rickshaw to her rented accommodation in Jagatpura.

In the auto rickshaw, there were already four persons, who claimed to be passengers, and she was told she would have to pay less if she agreed to share the ride with them.

Later the accused took her to a city park and allegedly raped her. She was dumped near MNIT area at 5.00 am on Tuesday.

She then informed the police about the alleged incident, police said.
