In the points table, currently hosts Bangladesh are at second position with two wins from three matches. They are only behind India, who are unbeaten so far.

After losing their opening encounter against India, Bangladesh have won back-to-back matches against UAE and Sri Lanka respectively.

While they would be disappointed after losing Mustafizur Rahman for the rest of the tournament due to injury, Tamim Iqbal's comeback should certainly make up for that blow.

On the other hand, Pakistan have been very inconsistent with their batting so far. After losing first match against India by 5 wickets, Pakistan fought back against UAE to register a seven-wicket win.

We can expect a full house at the Shere Bangla National Stadium today since the local fans will leave no stone unturned in cheering their team in the crucial match.

Sri Lanka will also cheer for a Pakistan victory, since in case if they lose, it will be all over for Angelo Mathews and his boys as well who have just one win from three matches.
