Ghaziabad: Two chain snatchers were on Sunday arrested from Indirapuram area, police said. According to SSP Raghubir Lal, the motorcycle-borne chain snatchers pounced upon a woman sitting in a car, snatched her gold chain and escaped. The car driver chased the accused, who were caught with the help of public and was handed over to police, he said.
