According ESPNCricinfo, the match officials' report given to the West Indies team management raised concerns about Narine's deliveries.

The off-spinner will now have to undergo a test on his action in the next 14 days. Until the results of his test emerge, Narine can continue to bowl.

Though he has been reported for suspect action before, it never happened in an international match.

Narine was previously reported during the IPL and CLT20.

He then remodeled his action, which led to him giving the ICC World Cup 2015 a miss.

In the 2015 IPL, the the Kolkata Knight Riders' star was banned from bowling offbreaks and given a final warning.
