As it turned out, India — thanks to two epic innings from VVS Laxman (281) and Rahul Dravid (180) — responded in the most fitting way to score 657/7 declared, and forced out a result. Of course, in India's favour — winning by 171 runs in front of a packed, euphoric Kolkata crowd.


But that famous win was set-up by none other than Harbhajan, who took 13 wickets in the match. His seven-wicket haul in the first essay which included a hat-trick, was followed up by another six scalps.
