Pakistan: Gunmen kill four policemen in Quetta
In the past week, over 30 people have been killed in blasts and target killings in Quetta.
Islamabad: At least four policemen were killed and another was injured on Saturday when gunmen opened fire at a police vehicle in Pakistan`s southwestern city of Quetta, a media report said.
The incident happened at about 9.30 am when two motorcyclists opened fire at a police vehicle in Sariab road area of Quetta, the provincial capital of the country`s southwest province of Balochistan, reported Xinhua citing a TV channel. The police vehicle was patrolling when it came under attack. The militants successfully escaped.
No group has yet claimed responsibility.
