Rio de Janeiro: The International Olympic Committee on Tuesday stripped Ukrainian javelin thrower Oleksandr Pyatnytsya of his silver medal from the 2012 Olympics as it announced the first sanctions after retests on doping samples from the London and Beijing Games.
