Usually, it has been seen that sportsmen take special care of their diets and eat in a very calculated manner.

The recent examples being, Novak Djokovic sticking to a gluten free diet while preparing for grand slams. WBO welterweight champion Tim Bradley defeated Manny Pacquiao while on a completely vegan diet.

But the case of Usain Bolt is a curious one, as the secret diet behind his triple-gold medal success at the 2008 Beijing Olympics comes out to be Chicken Nuggets.

The Jamaican fuelled himself up with Chicken McNuggets, not 10,20 or 50 but 1,000 during his 10-day stay there. It literally means that the sprinter ate as many as 100 Chicken Nuggets every day on an average to produce that blistering pace that shook the world.

This really comes out as a big surprise from the legendary athlete.
