The Indo-Swiss pair swept aside the Round 3 challenge of Svetlana Kuznetsova and Roberta Vinci with a 6-1, 6-3 win at the Margaret Court Arena.

With that win, the Mirza and Hingis combine stretched their winning streak to 33, just 12 short of breaking the world record set by Czech pair of Jana Novotna and Helena Sukova (44) in 1990.

In the quarter-final, the top seeds will play Anna-Lena Groenefeld and Coco Vandeweghe.
