security agenda of Singh`s summit talks with Medvedev here
next month.
He had a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov on key security issues to be discussed at the upcoming 12th annual Indo-Russian summit since 2000, according to foreign ministry sources.
Prime Minister Singh will visit Russia on December 16-17 for the summit at the invitation of President Medvedev. Menon is also to hold parleys with his Russian counterpart Nikolai Patrushev.
Anti-terror combat and non-proliferation of weapons of mass-destruction are among the key areas of cooperation between the national security councils of the two countries.
