5W 1H: Stranded tourists in Uttarakhand`s Chakrata make rescue appeal online

Heavy snowfall in Chakrata region of Dehradun district has left many tourists trapped in their hotels. A video showing four tourists from Delhi appealing to the administration to rescue them from their hotel in Lokhandi surfaced on social media.
