Breaking News: Explosion occurred outside the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building in Afghanistan

There has been a big explosion in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan. 3 people have died in this blast outside the Foreign Ministry building. So there 8 people have been injured in this attack.
