Budget 2019: Full tax rebate for Rs 5 lakh income, says Piyush Goyal

In a major announcement during the budget speech, the Finance Minister proposed changes in tax slabs. He proposed full tax rebate for people earning up to Rs 5 lakh per year. He also offered further rebates against investments.
