Case of misbehavior with Gargi College students arose in Parliament, NCW takes cognizance

Some of the female students of Gargi College have claimed that during a recent Fest in their college, Some unknown men jumped the wall and entered the college campus & disgraced the students. Female students protested outside the college campus & after which NCW took this case under their cognizance.
