DNA: How much `scary` is Indian variant of COVID-19?

The Union Health Ministry on Wednesday detected a new 'Double Mutant' variant of the COVID-19 virus in India. It has already spread to 18 states of the country, which is different from the variants of the UK, South Africa and Brazil.
