DNA: Organized plunder of land in J&K

Two politically significant developments are taking place in Jammu and Kashmir. One, elections for DDC - the first election after the repeal of Article 370. Second, before the elections, the UT Administration under BJP-led NDA has released 868 names in the first list of those people who illegaly grabbed land in J&K.
