DNA: Raja Mahendra Pratap, who established an exiled provisional govt in Kabul

Raja Mahendra Pratap Singh established a provisional government-in-exile in Afghanistan during World War I, which served as the Indian government in exile. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone of Raja Mahendra Pratap Singh University in Aligarh on September 14.
