DNA: When will the `Fatwa Factory` be under lockdown?

The heads of a minority-dominated village in Murshidabad district have issued a fatwa banning many activities which include watching television, playing carrom, selling liquor or lottery tickets and listening to music using cellphones and computers, among other activities.
