`Gupkar Gang` member Mehbooba Mufti pleads to hold talks with Pakistan

Mehbooba Mufti, PDP president and a member of the 'Gupkar Gang', said on Sunday that elections were no solution to the Kashmir problem and India should hold talks with Pakistan to resolve the issue.
