Zee News has accessed information that ISI was planning to fail PM Narendra Modi's idea of lighting diyas and candles by switching off lights on March 5 at 9 PM for 9 minutes. When they could not do so they tweeted the news of building catching fire in many parts of the country due to the corona Diwali that the nation had observed in the fight against coronavirus.
