Karnataka Hijab Row : SC delivers split verdict, matter referred to CJI

On the hijab controversy, differences have also come to the fore in the two-judge bench in the Supreme Court, after which the entire matter has been sent to the CJI. The bench has now appealed to the CJI to form a larger bench.
