Morning Breaking: 30-year-old man held for raping, trying to kill child on terrace

The suspect, identified as Manish, had kidnapped the girl and lured her to the terrace before raping and trying to kill her, said police. Upon investigation, police found that Manish was already involved in two other rape cases in Ghazipur and Kalyanpuri. Watch this video to know more.
